Wednesady: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Thursday: 10:00 am - 5:00 pm

Friday: 10:00 am - 7:00 pm

Saturday: 11:00 am - 6:00 pm

Sunday: Closed

 

LOCAL DELIVERIES & PICKUPS:

* Local deliveries and pick-ups are available based on owner availability.

*Delivery fee is $8 and this includes an convenience fee. We deliver within 10 miles of Milwaukee, Wisconison (53210 zip code) area.

*Jewelry delivery time - Once processing time for jewelry is completed delivery for jewelry can take 24-48 hours.

​

*Clothing/Apparel delivery time- These particular items can be delivered within 24 hours after placing order, but at owner's availability delivery can take up to 3 days after order is processed. 

 

PROCESSING & SHIPPING TIME:

All online orders will be shipped within 3-8 business days. Orders will usually be shipped the next business day after payment has processed.

*Jewelry processing time = 4-7 business days

 

REFUNDS, EXCHANGES, RETURNS:

NO REFUNDS or RETURNS, all sales are final & we also do NOT offer exchanges at this time due to the pandemic. We do offer exchanges under certain circumstances such as If your item arrived damaged from shipment processing or If you received the wrong item. If this happens, please email us within 8 days from the time of receiving your order & send a picture of the damaged/or wrong item to our email, (please include your name & order # in the email as well). After email is sent, please allow us 24-48 hours to respond & we will ship out your item within 3-8 business days. We will send the same product/s from your original order, product selection will not be offered.

  • How do I pick up my order if I live in Milwaukee?
    You can contact us via email to see if local pickups are available. Due to the pandemic some changes have been made. We may have local delivery available depending on time & date needed. Feel free to contact us via email to see if we have these available options (these options due vary).
